Specifics of the role:

  • Achieve assigned targets and objectives related to referral sales, contributing to the overall revenue growth and business success.
  • Guide the team in actively seeking out potential referral sources such as current clients, satisfied customers,to generate leads and referrals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and current customers to encourage them to provide referrals. This involves maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Update the customers about the products or services offered by the company, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to encourage them to refer potential customers.
  • Clearly explain the referral program details, including any incentives or rewards offered for successful referrals, to potential referral sources to motivate them to participate.
  • Maintain accurate records of referrals received, including details of the referral source, contact information for referred prospects, and the status of follow-up activities using SFDC.
  • Responsible for reducing the cancellations and payment deviations.
  • Responsible for closures of all the alternate channel leads.
  • Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of the product portfolio. Understanding customer requirements to pitch in suitable product.

Designation : General Manager - Liaison

Exp : 15+

Location : Pune, Boat Club Road

Specifics of the role:

  • Liaise with senior government officials pertaining to PMC, PCMC, PMRDA for issues which are stuck.
  • Responsible for all sanctions, nocs' and required approvals for all the projects and guide the team to get all such approvals as per the defined timelines for civil, electrical and fire nocs.
  • Responsible for the environmental clearance certificates and related compliance of all the projects along with Pollution Control Board Clearance & Compliance.
  • Responsible for all Rera compliance, generation of Rera numbers for all the new projects and the quarterly compliances of all the existing projects.
  • Responsible for all the revenue related matters of all the projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with all the senior government officials pertaining to PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, EC, etc.
  • Responsible for risk audits/process audits of all the internal teams along with organizing management review meetings.
  • Responsible for coordinating for all the litigations pertaining to Rera and similar matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders , such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, etc.
  • Distribute relevant information, updates, or reports to stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure that all parties are well-informed and up-to-date on relevant matters.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges related to project approvals and develop strategies to mitigate and fast track them. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Develop strategic plans and objectives related to the approval process in line with analyzing market and inductr trend, goverment offices.

  • Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any.
  • Welcome call & welcome kit to the customers providing them with necessary information thus building rapport with them.
  • Responsible for achieving & overachieving the defined collection targets.
  • Raising timely invoices as per the billing milestones achieved.
  • Thorough follow up with clients for payments until closure.
  • Ensure registration readiness of the customer & prompt support to the backend team for execution.
  • Deliver good customer experience with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
  • Ensure prompt response to customer queries.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities.
  • Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
  • Address various customer grievances within defined SLA's.

  • Readiness for audit by systematically maintaining the required documentation & process adherence.
