I decided to book a flat in Emerald city, Baner, because of it's good layout and design. I really liked space utilization done with underground parking which leaves a lot of open area for children playground. The design of the flats is also good with lots of privacy for each flat and good room layout. Baner is a good choice to take flat in with Aundh and Hinjewadi close by. Gera is renowned developer and I liked construction and amenities at the sample bungalow built at Kharadi that I saw. Expecting similar standards to be maintained at Emerald City. I would like to mention that the project is like my dream come true.
"I decided to book a flat with the Gera Project coming up in Baner because – I wanted a spacious flat and the area of 1600 sq/ft is very attractive. The layout of the house is also very good. I like the spacious bathrooms and the utility rooms that are provided. The project is nicely situated. Just a little inside from the main Baner road without the traffic noise. Gera developers are very well known and I love the bungalows they have built at Kharadi. We were shown these to get an idea of what kind of amenities the Baner project will have. I feel so lucky and blessed on our decision to invest with Gera’s. In between when there was a standstill with the project we were taken aback, but I guess Gera’s have regained the trust back. The location is excellent for its proximity to the super markets, Miramar beach, school and Panjim city. The attractive landscaping, clubhouse, fully equipped gym and well-designed pool give a feel of a resort. But the roof top steals the show. The sun sets from the roof top are breath taking; I and my mom don't ever miss the view when we are at Astoria. Astoria is a city in itself with the gym, pool, concierge facilities, terrace, neighbors and the Gera team who are like an extended family. What relieved us immensely were the constant help and prompt services by the entire team of the developer. I must say that as promised they have delivered assistance and support to its best!! As I took possession of my unit at Astoria, I felt proud to own a flat at Gera’s Astoria. I can see that the place is developing like Resort Style Residences with all amenities like Swimming Pool, Gym & Club house. The clean and sparkling blue water at the pool gives a feel of a resort. Fully equipped gym is all out there to take care of my daily fitness regime... I am very pleased with the coordination & cooperation provided by the Gera staff.

"Coming Home", takes on a new meaning when one shifts into his own house. This much awaited even occurred in our lives in the month of June this year, after months of "shall we....shan't we " we finally decided to take the plunge and move out of our comfort zone to brave the unknown environs of Kharadi's Gera's GreensVille SkyVillas Apprehensions we had in plenty, however the irresistible pull of living in a home we had dreamt of was too powerful to resist, so once the interiors were in place, like birds returning to their nesting place we arrived on a rainy night to occupy our Villa. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping, and the sight of as much blue sky as we wanted to see was wonderful. The inevitable sound of traffic that accompanies city life was far off, fresh air (and gusts of air actually) we were at risk of being blown away sometimes was an exhilarating new experience. Our SkyVillas lived up to its name and we had birds actually flying through the corridors and nesting cozily in awnings. The view from our house, of the Gera's GreensVille bungalows was of this pretty urban gated community, and we kept thinking of how lucky we were to be able to enjoy the pretty picture that the bungalows made with their green landscaping. Transforming the house into a home was a pleasure, the double heighted ceiling giving us ample space and a sense of freedom seldom found in boxed city homes. We delighted with the space in front of the house, which gave us a sense of being in a bungalow with the little walk in and passage in front, and the spacious terrace is a haven to relax in. Having this kind of space was itself a dream comes true, we actually luxuriated in moving from the higher level to the lower level and this is especially great for our toddler who has as many play areas so whenever he needs a change we shift venues. There are days when we don't feel the need to go down and play in the garden as we've had enough of a change at home itself. Speaking of which, the garden and club house areas are so well maintained that there have been umpteen times that I wonder HOW???? Settling in was pretty easy; basic amenities like milk and newspaper being delivered to our doorstep, and the support staff was also very helpful, actually with so much to do and think about, there was no time to miss our previous residence or friends. The house occupied our thoughts and all the time was spent in doing up nooks and corners and making the villa our home at the earliest. In conclusion, there's no place like home and no feeling like moving into your own house, despite all the issues, this is your baby and you love it.....even though you are exhausted......spend sleepless nights, you would not want to change this baby with any other. So Thank you Team Gera, we are enjoying being in the SkyVillas and look forward to nurturing many happy moments here!!
We feel extremely lucky to own a Villa at Gera’s SkyVillas. Our choice of the property was because of its 'Villa feel' and the conveniences of a multistoried apartment building. The location is excellent for its proximity to Air, rail and bus stations and the city center, yet a quiet residential area. The villa is spacious and the design allows enough natural light and fresh air. The rock solid construction, attractive landscaping, fully equipped clubhouse & gym, well-designed pool, sloping roof villa entrance - patio, separate entrance for servant’s room and many more make the place special. The construction of a very wide concrete road connecting Nagar road and Eon is almost getting over. Once that is completed, access to the property will be excellent from Zensar and also Nagar road.
Truly felt secured while dealing with Gera’s...Especially during the initial stage which made me consider Gera instead of other builders in town. The details given on the construction quality and the advantages of buying a Gera Home, were truly were the insights into the construction industry. The event on 6th June was very good. I personally enjoyed the games and music that kept all age groups glued to the event. Choice of music by the DJ was awesome. 100 marks to the host of the show. :) I have been watching him since last three years and it's never been repetitive. He is always enthusiastic and bubbling with new ideas. The food was ok, but can be improved. Staying at Gera Sky Villa has always been rewarding. The team Gera took a fantastic initiative of connecting with its customers on a daily basis. These days we spend a lot of time on computers, phones and watching television. Gera's fantastic common garden gives us an opportunity to connect with each other and mother nature. Our personal garden in the backyard is lively with chirping birds. One of them has even built a nest! Connecting to nature is a peaceful and rewarding experience that stimulates our mind and spirit.
The party organized on 6th June'15 was fabulous. Anchor was very active and entertaining. Good choices of games for youngsters and DJ was body shaking. Food was delicious. Just one point that the old age people should also be involved in a decent game, so that they don't feel out of place. Hope we will have such kind of get-togethers in future.
The session was very well organized, right from setting up the time to communication on every front including the last minute additions we had. Communication, co-ordination and treatment to us was fabulous. We feel we are given a treatment of the new customer with apt attention while we enjoy the perks of been one of the old ones. The session was amazing. Kids enjoyed the interaction thoroughly with Mr. Kumble. He continued to be a very fine gentleman and gave us not just the opportunity to peek into his success story but also was kind enough to share his experiences and motivate not just us but the kids too. A few photo clicks with him were the icing on the cake :) This session for us is a classic example of how committed The Child Centric brand is to us and our children been a part of the Gera Family.

First, thank you very much for letting Riddhi n Siddhi attend that great session. The activities that you had the children done during those two days were amazing and we can see how my daughters were excited all about it. And most amazing thing was the last day orientation. We were really amazed by those demonstrations which first looked like magic or supernatural to us! :)My daughters are actually using the memorizing tricks in their studies they learned and their actions are pretty much energetic after the workshop. They also started doing the Brain Yoga daily which is really great.So overall I would say it was a great experience and also the great learning for both children as well as we parent. Excellent initiative from Gera to introduce legends from Sports field to the children. Kids showed a lot of enthusiasm and enjoyed the time spent with Mr Anil Kumble. It certainly encouraged both kids and parents to consider Sports as a career. It was a well organized event, where not kids spent some quality time with Mr Kumble but parents also got an insight into what it takes to become a legend in sport. Kudos to Gera team for organizing such events and remain connected with their customers.

Thank you for the amazing and meaningful time we spent at Gera for the cooking workshop It was a sensory delight-not only did our stomach get nourished but our minds and spirits too. I loved the introduction and detailing of each recipe, it was Feasting and Celebration of wonderfully prepared food and , Why and How food should taste this good. While I made new friends and had g8 learning -making cup cakes, pastas, wraps and many more. We also had good time celebrating our friends birthday. It was great fun and learning for Atharva. He enjoyed the event so much he spent lots of time to offer all his delicacies to his grandparents and cousins , explaining how he cooked it and stories of the good time he had. I cannot thank you enough for making our journey with Gera so so interesting and mind-blowing. I had never ever imagined my life taking a beautiful turn with me beginning to start my career as a music teacher that too with SMA (Shankar Mahadevan Academy) and all this has been possible only because of GERA and YOU my dear. It is only because of your efforts and kind gesture that I could meet the man himself (Shankar Ji) and have a small recording session with him. That was like a dream come true. I am super excited to start my journey with SMA and Gera as a teacher now. Apart from that, Me and Prateek have always been grateful to you for making Shiamak happen for us and I can only imagine how much effort and hard work you had put in to organise that show in 2016. We really had a blast and moreover our family loved the grandeur event. It really made us feel welcomed. And now that the classes are starting soon, we cannot wait to start dancing again... I know that the main reason of booking a flat with Gera was because of SMA and Shiamak but had never imagined that we will getting much more than that. I am sure Prateek would vouch for that as he loved the Cricket pitch and the tennis court. We both loved the Evolve Swimming Pool too... And now that I see all these academies coming up slowly slowly, I am more and more proud of my decision of booking this flat with GERA and super excited to see how my little one benefits from these facilities when he starts using them. I’ve been a sports person, and also captained my throwball and volleyball teams. I understand the importance of extracurricular activities in our growing up years. Trainings provide a child with the required discipline when working within teams as well as gives one the chance to follow what makes you happy. It also enables an overall development! Dance has been my passion since I was a child and I have been thrilled to see both my little ones have this in their genes too. This opportunity really came to my doorstep through Gera. My daughters Lavanya and Diya have had an enthralling experience being a part of not just one but three Academies (The Shiamak Davar Dance Academy/ Lillette Dubey Theatre and the Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academy) at Gera’s GreensVille. I wish to share my experience with Gera. I own premises in Gera Grand on 1st floor. My experience was good with the Office in Gera Grand. Right now I cannot comment on the impact of owning Gera property on my business properly since it has been only 3 months since i've started my clinic but It has given satisfactory patients in terms of business since it is located centrally with Good parking area. I decided to invest in this property because Gera's Infrastructure has been good.
Having a commercial space in and around Panjim was our long desire and this could be possible with Gera’s. Patto Plaza has been a strategic location to have best address in town. My experience has been excellent. I have purchased an office in Gera Imperium 2 and a shop in Gera Green in Mala. I think that in today’s scenario that is one of the main features to build trust in clients.
