Gera’s WomenBuild

Gera’s WomenBuild was our novel initiative
of putting together an all-women project team
to lead the onstruction of Gera’s Misty Waters in Pune.
In the effort to challenge the status quo,
this was an industry-first move to accredit
the talented women of the industry.

The number of women civil engineers on field,
in the real estate sector is abysmally low,
against that ackdrop,
this initiative was envisioned 3 years ago and
the project has been completed
and handed over to customers.

Introducing - to the thriving city of Pune -
its first and one-of-a-kind shopping mall,
was a move that brought an international shopping experience
to the residents. Established in the 1990s,
Gera Plaza was a concept which was ahead of its time.
Following the course of launching the firsts,
we also presented Gera Legend, which combined cutting-edge
technology with design and introduced businesses
to a novel environment to grow and meet their ambitions in 2001.
